Pfizer: 11/3
Moderna: 10/27
J&J: 11/24

Sounds like that means they can start the exit process November 25th?

Well, think about it. Were the 2020 RIF's published on FUEL? Were the most recent RIF's published on FUEL? The relocation or gtfo ultimatums?

I would imagine something will be published in the style of corporate speech loaded with buzzwords pretty soon. Something about employee safety, etc.

Also, I was told directly that it applies to current employees working from home as well. All employees of FISV, period. They are following the Federal mandate from the dead-eyed hair-sniffer with dementia.

On a call today, they mentioned that about 25% of FISV employees have not taken the vaccines and that they actually don't expect many more of the holdouts to take the vaccine. So this could end up being an additional 20%-25% RIF on top of the lost headcount to date.

Also, confirmed no severance will be offered to the vaccine hold outs. Separation paperwork begins on Dec 8th. And you have to have completed the vaccine series two weeks before the 8th so the vaccine effectiveness can "settle in". Meaning you have to have completed the series (both shots) by Nov 24th. Happy Thanksgiving!

That means you have to begin the series of shots by Nov 10th, or a little over two weeks from now.

We were told to prepare for 'operational difficulty' and 'to be flexible', but that this is an opportunity to step up and replace those who are being canned.

I have to tell you at this point, people have been shell-shocked into numbness. We had already lost a sizable portion of our team due to the last RIF/RELO, and now gallows humor has taken hold.

I work remote for a company with a brain. One that doesn't want to eat liability lawsuits from adverse reactions. One that isn't in the Branch Covidian cult.

Good luck with that premature death from strokes or myocardial infarctions in a decade or so, folks.

By then the TV will be brimming with commercials blaring "Have you or a loved one taken the COVID-19 vaccines due to employer mandates, and suffered from the vaccine as a result? Call the law offices of..."
