Vaccine mandate

Vaccine mandate coming any day. Provide proof of vaccination by January 1st, 2022 or the company will accept “not vaccinated” as your resignation. Those people affected by “relocation or gtfo” must abide by the mandate too. If you don’t, no severance for you.

Right now it is only US based as we fall under the government mandate since Fiserv is a supplier/contractor with the govt. eventually if other countries roll out the same requirements, yes they would also be impacted or if/when fiserv makes it a global requirement for employment without direction from the government.

Curious to see how many people will chose not to get the vax and instead take a walk.

Apparently, you did not read my post.... I said 'natural immunities'. I have not gotten any vaccine shots, nor will I ever. I had the COVID variant, it was basically a mild flue. I now have natural immunities, and am far safer to be around, than any 'jaborwacky'

If true, oh wow! I figured it was coming. If it's "office 5 days a week or gtfo", and no vax means you can't go into the office, then put 2 and 2 together...

But to tie the severance to vax status, gee wh-z. If you are leaving, then why? Kind of a puzzling move. A way to save money, I suppose.
