My manager told me to move to NJ or leave the Job! I regret putting my off hours into the job and work to get priority tasks complete, which can replace me in a week or two.

My few times I visited Lake Mary, the others on my teams seemed to take great pride about the hours they worked, many of them getting there early, and still cranking at 5PM.
I don't know about the rest on my team, but I was underpaid. And after a year or so, I realized that I would never be paid the going rate for my position. So, why work overtime in a job where I'm not going to be rewarded for it? Hate to say it, but I figure many of those same people are now coming to the same realization.
Tell your manager to get bent
I was offered a 9% pay increase to move to a place 3 times more expensive than where I’m at, was their cost of living adjustment. HAHAHA And the moving expense? You incur first then ask for reimbursement. And you know they will find a way to find a loophole to not pay you back. It’s their way of reinforcing that they don’t want me. And I’m playing lots of games on their dime and giving the basics. Who would honestly move for a company we no longer recognize? Fiserv Proud is just them flapping their lips.
Ladybug, your sentiment, which I understand, is exactly why I am concerned. I too have devoted many hours to this company and my assigned responsibilities at the sacrifice of my health and relationships. I think with the company doing this to so many, there will be a lot of us that will really try to keep our work hours more controlled and contained because we are just a number.
I was hired for FL location, and yes they are paying relocation (might be used to buy some cardboard boxes and pay rent for a month😒).
Are they paying relocation? Were you hired as remote only? Can you move? It is a high enough level job to be worth it? Was this foreseeable?
