I work at a rival insurance company, same is happening with us. Good luck to the suckers that get stuck doing the work load of 3/4 people!

This isn't the case for everyone. Entire non-clinical teams were impacted even after some associates opted-out. Glad this wasn't the case for you, OP.
Taking my money and running!! Enjoy selling your soul to a woke corporate machine and pretend you are helping people. There are many jobs on the other side for caring clinical professionals. Do what they say and comply robots.

You are welcome! I’m glad they offered that option this time around! Just remember every job is temporary, keep your resumes updated and take as many opportunities to improve your resume while at Humana.
This is good for job security. Let the non compliant sit at home twiddling their fingers for their "rights". The rest of us can keep our job and work more safely.
I agree - had there not been so many willing to retire or just leave for other reasons, I would not have my job. So today I say thank you!!
