Does that mean that no layoffs are planned any time soon? Or is this just the usual calm before the storm?

your annual reviews are filtered through a corporate contact to after being forwarded by your supervisor to omit any wrong doing on their part you are complaining about. if you dont believe me play around in outlook and if you are clever enough you can find all the sloppy email threads that indicate intentional ommision of this
It'd be nice to know which one it is, just to adjust my stress levels accordingly.
