They are obligated to address every legitimate request.
There is nothing on those forms saying you can't also provide proof.
They are separate processes.. one of which is very expensive for honeywell to deal with.

Most people commenting here have never asked for a religious exemption. This is treated very similar to other exemptions, your boss has the final say. Zero chance of termination if the boss likes you, 100% chance even if exemption is approved by HR

@hsz: There really isn't a practical reason to continue debating the effectiveness of the vaccine. Everyone has already decided whether to get the vax or not. The Pres. Biden mandate for companies with government contracts to require the vaccine by Dec. 8, with no option for testing, has pretty much made that discussion a moot point.
I made the personal decision to get vaccinated earlier this year. However, I consider the mandate that requires the vaccine as a condition of continued employment a tyrannical arbitrary use of control by our president. There are many lawsuits challenging the mandate and it will be played out in the federal courts. It's doubtful anything will happen by Dec. 8.
They are not obligated to process anything. They do not have to even look at the exemptions and can fire you for just asking if they want to.
It was pretty clear in the email they are not obligated to give any exemptions and for those who work in close proximity to others - they probably won’t. Why should they take on the liability of allowing covid to spread at their facility because grown adults are too scared of a tiny needle and ridiculous lies they have been told to behave responsibly.
The double vaxxed will not only be required to get the booster(s) but also submit a blood sample order to get the mandatory Covid Pass. If anyone thinks that this is going to end here then you are delusional.
Minneapolis location already denying religious and medical exemptions. I never said they’re denying all of them.
They must have a criteria. Which Honeywell and other companies lawyers go by. The lawyers must know what exemptions won’t hold up in court. So when you turn it in, they review it. They reject all criteria‘s that they know for a fact will not stand up in court.
I wonder how many exceptions they will allow. Like 1% of all the people who turn it in.

In one of their “ask the doctors” calls, it was asked if boosters will be required. They simply said they will go along with any CDC recommendation. So, yes. Boosters will eventually be required.
They better not ask for boosters. It's none of their business.
