Sioux Falls viability

Seeing as Sioux Falls is not on Frank's list of "hubs," what does this mean in terms of the go-forward strategy? Will they ask us to relocate to NE?

If it isn't one of the main locations listed. I would expect more relocation. Lake Mary and Beaverton locations are the test bed to iron out all the bugs of relocation.

Talk to your manager. Find out what you can and then make a plan. It truly is a job seeker's market. Take advantage. As another poster stated: polish your resume' and let it rip. Start the process, and it's a process. Keep the faith.

Sioux Falls will close, it’s a matter of time. Frank doesn’t care about the small banks that they service, he has his eye on bigger banks.

Sioux Falls is a "spoke" of the "hub" in Lincoln.

Maybe they are keeping the locations around to be sold off? Or maybe they are waiting to see how many more bodies they need in NJ.

Bad news - start polishing your resume and networking.

Good news - its an employers market and plenty of FinTechs are more than happy with experience employees who WFH
