Why do they have to make everyone's job harder than it already is? Is that a way to get rid of those who haven’t been given layoffs?
My manager is this self-important, micromanaging control freak and tries his best to make the job harder. When he notices that someone is getting used to the new conditions, he immediately takes action and in any way he can tries to add even more pressure.
