The one I work for will be decimated by the loss of several KEY people in KEY roles. This is assuming that NONE of them will want to relocate since they have all been remote for most or all of their Fiserv careers. I'll bet this is the case for most lines of business/locations and HOW the F_CK is this collaborating???????? #DownInFlames

It's every line of business that will be impacted. They, Sr. Mgmt., do not give a rats bu-t about who leaves, when they leave or why they leave. They are focused on 1 thing, filling 2K seats in NJ to satisfy the commitment they made to the state. They are asking 100's of people to choose relocation to a "go forward" location and giving people in some case less than 2 weeks to decide their families future. It's insanity, lives are being shattered, families forced to make life changing decisions in the blink of an eye. All while the leadership team sits back with their spreadsheet in hand getting ready to calculate the fallout and how many seats did they fill in NJ. What they didn't calculate is the people who will leave, they knowledge they take with them and how the client impact will be far worse than they could ever imagine. The end game will be clients will leave, the stock price will plummet and the BOD will finally realize Frank the Tank is not as smart as they thought he was. I'm not waiting around for any of it, not worth the daily BS managers have to put up with and put their teams through. Buh bye now!!

Your right client support will suffer for years. They would be better shutting down some of these products.
I agree, most of my team will be giving a hard no to relocating. NJ was never, nor will it ever be, on my vision board. Fiserv will be taking a huge loss, unfortunately it will be the clients that suffer the most.
