I am almost certain that after a while these cuts will turn out to be one of the biggest mistakes of this company. Karma, huh? On the other hand, until then most of those who are cut find much better jobs because it is not easy to find much worse jobs...........

It is amazing how they bring in clueless vendors to work on projects and then after some million dollars are spent, they figure out that the vendors were not qualified. Didn't have enough brains beforehand to do a little research?

Keep running. Fiserv has become a toxic, back stabbing, incompetent company since the FD acquisition. They care less and less about their employees everyday, find ways to make your job harder and are a company of checking off a box. Their processes are ancient, they make it impossible to get anything done, projects stay open for literally years, P24 is the latest example of incompetence. They bring in contractor PM's to run the project and these poor people have no idea what they got themselves into. What a joke. I literally despise working for this company now. Over and out, ASAP.
