I don’t know how others succeed, but I'm failing at keeping up with metrics. I used to feel bad about it, but now I don't feel so bad at all because I know the problem is not in me.
Moreover, I am convinced that these metrics are even more demoralizing and that they create a kind of mental blockade, so many people put in much less effort than they really could?

It's a kids job now and people need to realize that. Apply your self, set a goal and get out.
I absolutely ki-l metrics. But what's the point when the store hits a .9.
Managers need to GO and i will run the door and help all the customers. Oh well. Maybe things will magically get better somehow
