I was on a call today and learned that despite a 7-10% benefits inflation the company decided not to pass that along to associates. Finally some very good news! Also we are getting another holiday, Juneteenth along with several other enhancements.

@rtm+1diAi1kz against your values to celebrate the day that slaves were freed? That's very telling, I'm sure you're exactly the type of person who Frank wants to stay with the company.

Fiserv makes $840 million profit a year and we should be thankful for slightly less s***y healthcare costs??
And at the end of a day, its just a bribe to stop people jumping ship before the job is "re-located"
No premium increase, good. Juneteenth as a holiday, bad. This company has been in a race to be the most woke (and against my values) for the last couple years.

HR will just shift costs around again and have the top-performers pay the bulk of the costs. FISV HR is a joke
Not passing on the benefits increase is the least the company can do, given the minimal raises associates get.
So is holiday truly a net ADD or REPLACEMENT from another holiday?
