Thread regarding Kyndryl layoffs

Will Kyndryl mandate covid vaccine?

Does anyone know if Kyndryl is going to mandate the vaccine since IBM did? I was curious if anyone has heard anything? I have yet to see anything come across any emails. I used to work for another company and our IT dept was outsourced to IBM 2 years ago. Technically, I work for Kyndryl but I still support the company I worked for the past 5 years, so I have never set foot in an IBM office and/or don't plan to since there wont be a need. I have been working remote and still work remote for the last 4-5 years supporting my old company still.

Kyndryl and ISM Canada have already mandated dual vaccination by Jan.1, 2022 if you want to keep working. I received the email.

All big tech corporations will march in lockstep with whatever tyrannical mandates are handed down. IBM has a long history of working alongside authoritarian regimes and I'm fairly certain their subsidiary will follow suit. This is even more likely to be the case considering IBM has been a driving force behind the CV-19 passport initiative.
