7 friends with COVID in 8 days. The only one who survived was vaccinated. 2 of them debated the issue of “the unknown long term affects” of the vaccine 2 weeks later they had COVID, 3 days later they were dead….. so much for long term concerns

The mandate should be coming..
Brace yourselves. But then again alot of employers are now requiring this mandate. Glad I took the vaccine. Lots of possible job opportunities now due to people being let go because they refused testing and/or taking the vaccine.

200 million Americans are vaccinated and the daily case rates are 300% higher than they were last year. We will all be dead in 6 months along with this industry.

A Dept of Labor webinar on 9/10/21 seemed to say that remote workers who do not come into the office or come into contact with others as part of their job are not covered by the executive order. I'm hoping that's accurate.

I have no problem with people getting vaccinated. Everyone that wants to should be able to get it. But I have a MAJOR problem with it being mandated by the government.

Here's what it does: lessens the effects of the virus if you catch it.

Here's what it does not do: does not prevent you from catching the virus, does not prevent you from passing it to others, and does not guarantee that you won't end up in the hospital.

None of what I have posted is a conspiracy theory. It's all facts that have been acknowledged by the CDC and WHO.

There doesn't appear to be a test out option. If you thought there was a shortage of workers now, December 8th will be a rude awakening.

Anyone curious to understand xerox problems should look at Canada. An incredibly small market by comparison with a huge amount of overhead that was only looked at being brought into alignment recently due to covid… and there’s still lots of executive meat on the bone… All of this is academic now as any moves are for feeding the dividend.

"99% of the workforce in Canada ...."

Please clarify, which departments? Sales? Service? Sales Support? Back Office? Admin

What time frame are you referring to? In 1999 when the XRX stock price was $156 USD/share until now?

Totally meaningless statement unless you have specifics!!

BTW, I currently work in Xerox Canada.

Xerox laid of 99% of the workforce in Canada to replace them with temp workers from India and the Phillipines.

"I work from home, and always have. They can get stuffed if they think I'm going to get a new vaccine, that doesn't even prevent you from getting the virus and passing it along, just because "they said so" ...... the scientifically proven vaccine is to keep you ALIVE if you get the Virus! The Virus shows no discrimination of who you are... it will infect you. It is a known fact that hospitals are now being overrun with sick COVID patients, who in hindsight, wish they had gotten the vaccine ( i don't mean ivermectin, hydroxychloriqine or some unproven substance ). People who are not vaccinated should be concerned about themselves and their family. If a breakout case hits a vaccinated person, they have a 10x+ chance of surviving than an unvaccinated person ... this is no lie .... as one person used to say, "believe me" .... but he got the vaccine also albeit behind closed doors. Speak to your trusting family physician, get his/her take, and stop getting the false propaganda off the Internet. Be well everyone!

Seems for Xerox a super easy way to get rid of a bunch of people who will volunteer their job away with no package. Not sure if people realize this but Xerox only way to show profit is job cutting.

Xerox could care less what anyone thinks about anything, they are determined to make everyone’s life impossible. Nice job. This place can’t figure its way out of a cardboard box. 📦
