You know what one of the main characteristics of week leadership is? Not being able to face the music. When you are too scared to answer questions posed by your employees or you are hiding some stuff and refuse to even try, you are showing just how weak and insecure you are. Basically, you're not a leader but a coward. It's as simple as that.

100% true. By removing the questions from view and not allowing anonymous questions, the Management (namely CEO) had demonstrated either 1) employees opinions aren't valued 2) they're too frightened to give transparent answers. Honestly, it's both. Such people do not deserve the top chair and should recuse themselves. These forums used to fill completely; now, I direct the email to trash and fast forward through the edited video. What a shame.
