I don't know who came up with the idea that it is possible to get more out of employees while the company is doing less and less for employees. I don’t think that any company has ever succeeded this way.
Fiserv is increasingly unrealistic in demands from their employees and it has never been worse here. Do you too sometimes feel ridiculous when you hear the unrealistic expectations our manager has set?

People are burned out and it’s not a fun or happy place to enjoy coming to each day…rules are different sometimes even within the same department. I think associates should be returning to wfh with Covid surging…and as far as the year end self evaluations… for what maybe a 1% increase…total joke…
I just ignore expectation and goals. The direction of the team changes so frequently that goals are out of date before they even reach the employees.
It is clear that someone higher in the command change has no idea what they are doing.
Most of my team has fled Frank's embarrassing regime, which has given me a lot of leverage. I have never coasted this much before and my mental health is loving every second of it. Thanks Franklin!
