Small cuts

I wonder if and to what extent small cuts may already be happening here that we don't know about at all because they are not that big?
I'm not saying anything, it would just be interesting to know what's going on under the radar.

It started in 1999 but HP did need to make some changes even before that and was, but not fast enough for the BOD. Turns out they are the ones that ki---d to company.

I would start looking for posts in December. HPE has a bad habit of laying people off before or shortly after the Christmas holidays.
