Come on folks, inflation is only "transitory". Whoops, Jay Powell just retired the world "transitory". My apology. LOL

15% is the highest anyone is getting and to get that you need to have merit raise plus promotion plus high ranking plus be under target salary.

Anyone in EU tested goto/beqom to see if us plebeians can access it? Info should go live 12/1

Raises are communicated (probably via goto/beqom) on 12/1. Any information on this thread is probably trash before then in the US. Stay tuned for any posts in December In the US.

Less than inflation. More like a paycut. Walmart employees are doing better

Outstanding with distinction. Hinted I would get 30% plus a CL bump AND a dedicated brown-noser on my team to make me feel extra special. They even said if continue at this pace, I'll get to plant my own tree in the middle of the campus.

Let's put a little skin in this game, eh?
I'll wager the average raise will be between 1 and 3%.
More precisely, I'll wager ALL of my own next year raise that
the average response on this Layoff board thread will be 2.4% USD.

Who will take that wager?
(I must reveal I've watched this board for quite a while - so have a little background on the general type that hangs around here. 2.4 seems about right.)

It is not against company policy to share your salary in the US. Discussion of compensation and working conditions is protected in US under the National Labor Relations Act. A notice is conspicuously displayed in every place of employment in The US. AP and EU may be different.

It is against the company policy to share your salary treatment. No one would benefit from this effort

I knew it was coming. Let us let the cats out of the bag. Management won't like it because it will show the favs getting the most raises. Let it fly.
