I’m not a financial genius but I thought the goal was for the stock price to increase.

Companies like when their stock goes down as they can do a stock buyback. For example last year at this same time of year they authorized a buyback of 60 million shares.

I don't know how many shares the company has bought by now, i didn't do any more research past that link. But if they are still buying them, then they would be happy.

The crew that was in charge before would have it in the $165 - $175 range by now. Clearly the talent is gone.

In the q3 earnings call, our hall monitoring chief executive said he doesn't have time to look at the stock price. Pathetic mid-et.
