I wonder if my fellow colleagues can help with a few words of advice during these unprecedented times.
I am a mid level manager and I am used to sucking up to my boss / bosses. It is a common practice and many of my fellow brethren are quite good at it and from what I can tell it has greatly helped their careers so far !
Now, the zoom era has made it very difficult for me to do my usual stuff and hence I wonder what can I do to suck up to my boss and continue my ingratiation behavior.
Any words of advice greatly appreciated.
