I don’t think this is accurate. You’re telling me Belk makes more from their two stores in Huntsville than their flagships in Charlotte?

It’s not the salary of the RVP’S it’s how much each region makes. You people are d-mb as rocks . You think an RVP makes $100 million?

I’ve seen Blake’s shoes. He doesn’t make anywhere near that.

I don’t think these are pay ranges, even the highest paid CEOs in the world don’t make that much money. Could it be how much $ every region makes? Or some random numbers OP pulled out of his hat?

Wow! And Double Wow!
I know some of these people have been with the company a long time, hence, the high pay. But that’s a huge pay range. Some have been here awhile and still aren’t making the pay that correlates with their time with the company. I’m sure it relates some to the size of the region but it’s clearly not the whole picture.
Wonder how many are rattling some cages over this?
Recruiters are going to be knocking at some doors😂
