No matter how hard I try and try, I can no longer find any good things to say to someone considering looking for a job here. My opinion is that this is no longer a place to gain initial experience, because new hires can only create aversion to their job

If you are a bully and a narcissist — and if, by good fortune, you are a white man — you will thrive at Enbridge! Yay for you!
You will have lots of underlings (women, people of colour, and non-narcissists who don’t have the stomach to behave in the manner you do) to pick on.
Simply cozy up to the right people, strategically bully your victims and ensure you look half decent. You’re golden!
It’s not worth sacrificing your dignity and mental health to stay in a toxic place . Only after I left Enbridge did I realize how toxic The work environment was. Integrity, safety and inclusion are buzzwords that they don’t believe in. If you are a woman, minority or both, you will have the worst fate of all.
