Yubi keys:
Now I have to enter the code and touch the key multiple times a day.
I still need to manage annoying passwords, that still change, even if i never log on with it.
So, like with much of SF's technical progress, it just ADDS LAYERS of work, and doesnt really solve any issue, but creates new issues.
Im all for a no password login environment, but were not there, and now we have keys and passwords instead of just passwords.
Yubi d-mb if you didn’t setup and use your yubikeys as it will save you much time instead of entering your password every time.
Not a State Farm invention and not at all unusual in today's world. This is a non-topic.
I thought those things were suppositories. I don’t think mine are any good anymore.
Another useless and meaningless project to justify some analysts egregiously high salary.
I have no idea what they are even supposed to do other than annoy me every time I lock my computer it beeps now
Seems like just one more thing to make it even harder to do my job. Nothing forced on us ever makes the job any easier, only more cumbersome and stressful.
mine gave my diarrhea i’ve pooped so much since they arrived
YubiKeys, Salesforce, Azure … all partnerships free of kickbacks no doubt.
Reckless spending.
SF has had the ability to track keystrokes on SF equipment for 30 years or more. I know of a situation in 92 or 93 where it was used.
@1hwv…..It only works in State Farm’s system, on State Farm’s equipment. They can already monitor every keystroke, so I can’t see how this changes anything.
Progressive mentality.
"All the better to track you with My Dear"
It's another 5G conspiracy!
If you touch the yubikey while in a Skype IM, it will type 50 characters of garble and hit enter. I’ve seen that a few times, cracked me up!
already lost one of my keys and can’t hardly get the other one to work half the time! hate these things!
