People need as much time as possible in advance if they are denied of their exemption request so they have enough time to do whatever need done.

Cyber-ninjas are performing the audit
I got the answer for you. You all have been denied. Now you don't have to wonder anymore.
Wow! That was kind of fun.
Sounds horrible but for those asked for exemption will be on RIF list before Dec 15
Just get the darned vaccine, fools.
Can't believe how many idjots work at this company.
Yeah go ahead and flame on about your 'fweedom'. Mor0ns.
December 15 equals 401(k) match. So if they let you go before December 15 you get no match. Heard they moved deadline to January 4.
They didn’t do this out of the goodness of their heart. So now you’ll get paid your 401(k) match. My hunch is they have a back up plan. Which after January 4. They will be putting in place. I’m expecting to see a lot of new faces as you train in your replacements.
In your mind, they’re finally giving you got enough people to work with. In reality, have fun training your replacement. January 5 like prince of Bel Air TV show. They’ll be throwing a-s out the door. Possibly with their shoe up a-s.

Probably too many to effectively sort through
Because they are not necessary. Govt has already told honeywell there will be a celebratory lift along with bogus announcement that we all complied
Nope, submitted mine 3 weeks ago too
What does it take for you to f@ck off about my body, my choice, my privacy, and my constitutional right not to be harassed and oppressed by counts like you?
Case by case huh. Just a guess, likely grouping the requests by employees HON wants to keep (exception granted), and those that feel can be cut loose (exception denied). They will drop results on everyone at the last minute. A delay is caused be trying to figure out how to handle people in the different groups that have the same exception wording, which will need some legal review. I hope you didn't ask for a religious exemption and then have pro-choice banner on your public social media wall.
The kicker is that some of those who don't want the shot will take it to keep their job then will be part of the annual HON RIF-mas holiday a few weeks later. Good news is you'll be able to tell your next employer that you are vaxed.
Why does it take so long for selfish country bumpkins to get the shot? Waiting for the next Q drop?
I’m curious to know if anyone’s received a decision to their exemption. I haven’t heard anything, and it’s been 3 weeks.
In your first month of employment you should have realized that you never, never, never expect HON-666 to do the right or moral thing. This is part of The (Secret) Code.
If they go the mass denial route, then they will wait until just before the deadline in order to delay the site closures as long as possible. That way they can push the bad numbers in to 2022 and also the payouts for the discrimination lawsuits. Evil is as evil does...
The benefit now is that those who get denied can choose to take the month of December off while they wait 5 weeks for both doses.
I heard from a reliable source that it is case by case. I expect some movement soon one way or the other.
