Montgomery County Small Business Owner Sues Nike and Wins
A federal jury in Philadelphia recently determined that Nike “willfully infringed” upon Montgomery County businessman Efraim Nathan’s trademarked term, “Cool Compression,” when the sneaker giant advertised some of its apparel. NBC10 reporter Rosemary Connors has the story.
