KH is a miserable, insecure person who thinks she’s earned the right to bully and manipulate her employees. She’s like the high school loser who grew up to become the tech billionaire and got revenge on all the kids who were mean to her.. except her kingdom is a useless department and she’s still just a corporate tool that executive leaders have never heard of.

@1c yes “self licking Ice cream cone”, that is an excellent way to describe MPO, although you can really say the same thing about half of the departments at this company… especially in Global (but NA is just as bad these days)
