People are still leaving in waves and replacements are not happening quick enough to save people from the additional work load. With the Fed rolling back it’s QE, won’t be surprised if it is used as the excuse to not increase salaries/bonuses by a notable amount once again. Thoughts and prayers to those who are sticking around. Remember remember the 5th of November.

I transferred internally and received a 23% raise. Either leave or find an internal position.
I dunno I really like the benefits and smart colleagues at jp. My work is meaningful and it feels good contributing
One thing I just wanna say. The best time to switch job is NOW! Take advantage of this rare opportunity, this great resignation, and negotiate on your interview since employees have the power now. You still wanna be stuck here, waiting for only a 3% raise when you can get an increase way more then that in your new job ? Coming from someone who knew, do wait.
5th of November came and gone. What was supposed to happen again? Lol smh.
Nope, those walking are those seeing 30%+ salary increases from an external move and somehow finding it better than the sub-inflation raise they got last year and will most likely get this year. It's simple math.
Way to dodge the question.
Those walking are those who are not use to working hard and can’t move up through their “latte network”. Pre pandemic It was amazing, unbelievable, to see the number of “latte networkers”networking between 10 to 11AM and 3:00 to 4:00PM at the major offices. They found ways to go around the job posting system and knew of positions before they were posted.
You are being called a whiney little girl bahaha
Ok chica sorry to ruffle the feathers. 5 percent is better than last year. What are you expecting?
Sure … 5% with inflation lul. Also, why are you gendering me?
I dunno amiga my boss has said raises
I have submitted so many applications, as well.
