New Mandate

Looking like WPH and Union employees might be required soon as well.

Why would a company CHOOSE not to allow testing option? Maybe we should follow the money trail. By them choosing not to they are directly discriminating against their own employees.

@1mdp+1dEXCwnX obviously YOU haven't read the OSHA rules. They are not required to allow for testing, and if they choose to, they are not required to pay for it, unless it's part of other regulations or collective bargaining.

key words in the below text "unless they adopt a policy requiring employees to choose to either be vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work."

Under this standard, covered employers must develop, implement and enforce a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy, unless they adopt a policy requiring employees to choose to either be vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a face covering at work.

The emergency temporary standard does not require employers to pay for testing. Employers may be required to pay for testing to comply with other laws, regulations, collective bargaining agreements, or other collectively negotiated agreements. Employers are also not required to pay for face coverings.

Retail literally can't pull up government accounts in store. They should not fall under the umbrella of federal contractor. Oh they want to buy a charging cable, well I guess all retail has to be vaccinated now. Such BS.

I'm not sure 100% but I think VZ is excluded from the testing option because federal contract BS. Also after Dec 31st there will no longer be a test for covid and they are recalling the PCR test. PCR test was in accurate and had tons of false positives and you can change they cycle count to amplify anything in to a positive. Even the creator of the PCR who was basically black listed because of it said PCR is no good for testing for the rona. There isn't going to be an easy test after Dec 31 you will need actual clinical testing to see if it's flu or covid. Wonder if it was the flu the whole time. Just google "dec 31st pcr test" takes you straight to the CDC website.

You obviously haven't read the OSHA rules. Verizon will change their policy back to what it used to be regarding testing. If not, expect a class action. Verizon would be acting rogue outside of OSHA rules.

@ked+1dEXCwnX OSHA rules do not require a company to provide testing and VZ has already stated they do not have a testing option. Read the FAQs.

It's wfh and to require people that are home, away from people is asinine. 59 million + people on welfare exempt, 60 million+ illegals exempt but lets punish the people who keep this country afloat and pay their taxes.

Read the new OSHA rules, there are weekly testing option available for those who choose not to get vaccinated.
