HTTPS doesn't matter. All web traffic is decrypted, analyzed and encrypted. They can see everything you post. An HTTP POST command issued when you make a post is highly visible.
The content of every HTTP POST command is scanned and recorded for Data Loss Prevention analysis.
You post here from work, they know exactly who posted and the contents of the post.
