Thread regarding ConocoPhillips layoffs

so how many shell staff from houston agreed to go to midland or bartlesville ?

told you that if you really wanted staff you should have changed the plan and be flexible.i guess you really didnt want or need the staff at all then. good luck with the asset ! i guess your staff in midland just have to work a bit harder for a while … :) reward them well at least ….. fat bonuses and pay raise should do it …..

75 offers and 15 took the job. The extra 15 is more than enough. The overhead from Shell Houston was ridiculous!

How many at Shell and COP were given offers and how many took the job?

Factory mode and cookie cutter wells can be completed by new grads. It’s sad that many chose not to move and think they are “overqualified”. At least the overhead will go down and make COP more competitive.
