Sir / madam - we get a corporate LinkedIn premium account as a part of hiring process.
Unlike Oracle, managers spend good chunk of time to source top candidates via LinkedIn since OCI has a high bar and Oracle recruiters do not meet most of our needs.
Interesting.... I expect a lot of them are looking for a way out. I was amazed when I read the TG/SMK lawsuit doc online as it listed so many AWS people who had left OCI in the last few months.
