Normally I find offshore resources to be script readers with no initiative. I’m quite surprised to see the creativity and tech savvy involved in this cheating scheme.
In other words, these folks have actually demonstrated all of the attributes required for a position in Senior Management. This could actually lead to some significant cost savings in the C Suite.
India credentials not worth the toilet paper they are written in. Many times they are taking CBTs on the flight over and getting coached by those who know what’s going on for months after they get here. If there is a group clustered around a computer it’s not “collaboration”, it’s instruction. Of course, no one speaks English while this is happening.
I know a former colleague who learned a language just to know what was being said…lol.
