Hearing the rumblings and local chairmen are starting to survey the locals on who would support a strike over this forced devotions to conductor from engineer.

Only takes a few to start it. We know our ##tless union leaders want do it. They will say this is America. Our hands are tied , but hey give us more dues , I’m sure every department on the system will be glad to bring this mass confusion to a stop. (Lower supervision included) Get back to running a railroad that makes sense and money by doing business not by cuts and yard sales.

Well the only way any of this ends is if we ALL walk out. I guarantee, you shut that place down for a day or 2, they'll cave otherwise if we allow this to continue, then it will never stop. Forced O/T in addition to being placed under strict timelines when dealing with train schedules or inspections all needs to end.

Wow! Now they want to do something, day late and dollar short at this point. They needed to do something when Harrison started this cr-p years ago, not after the fact. They have destroyed the industry now.
We all need to strike for all the bu-----t discipline and the way we are treated!! But unions wont and cant do anything to change it!! We are just donating for a right to work!! Nothing else!!
If it is a Major Dispute, Union can strike, a Judge will force them back to work within hours.
It would have to be a wildcat because not everyone is being forced, and LCs better cover themselves which means cornering their tracks because if the company can prove it they are fired.
I was called by my LC and asked if I was for a strike or not....
