Can't log in, keep getting prompted for password

What is the phone number for the help desk? I can’t find it. Also not able to log in.
Guess I'll go to the kitchen, sit by my water cooler, and longingly wait for some collaboration.

I had to change to a 16-character password yesterday so my SAS would work, THEN I was prompted to install SecureDoc (3 to 6 hours for that, btw), THEN I got a java update, THEN an attempted Edge update (it failed).
I can't connect to anything on the network this morning. FML

Yes, there is a message on the Helpdesk like there is an issue causing problems with apps linking to the network.

Yes, I have talked with many (including a coworker in India) who have this issue. I have been on hold with Help Desk for 20 minutes.
