I was hired about 3 months back being told we would have a hybrid schedule. Now we are told that being in office is required full-time, and those not vaccinated get the luxury of working from home still. Not to mention all the layoffs recently. Not something you want to see when starting at a new company.

Well, it is hard to believe a fortune 200 company can turn in to giant tu-d in 2 years, but hey Frank know's what he is doing. He is getting more and more money from the hard working and underpaid staff. Once you get a fair wage, you will be let go. Remember you are just a number, and could be erased soon!
Should have just said you were not vaccinated.

I didn't listen or believe all the negative posts on glassdoor, indeed, they are true
I believe the long term goal is everyone back. I think they are evaluating how many people are remote after getting vaccinated people in first. Might end up letting a bunch go in the future.
