Is it just my area or is it now becoming common that reps are just quitting without notice. No call, no text, no email, literally just “ghosting” work like it’s a bad date. Had 2 employees this week so that in our district.

I’m looking to change jobs very very soon. Already interviewing. I plan on giving a notice but it is going to be very difficult to stay the entire time. TIred of people getting mad about facebook and their emails etc
