Because the race to the bottom always ends, well, at the bottom.
Forward thinking orgs (so not Oracle) might not want to end up at the bottom.
Nashville campus opening in near future. Predicting jobs will slowly be taken away from expensive Bay Area and given to Nashville or Austin. For example, Oracle can have 2 operations analysts in a red state for the price of 1 in California. Why wouldn’t they? Thoughts?
