Currently being worked on by upper leadership. Apparently too many stores are manipulating RIS to max payout and not selling anything. Verizon losing money. Took them long enough, let's hope the new commission structure looks good enough for us to want to try again! If not I guess we'll just keep Clerking and asking grandma for some kind words so we can feed our families.

The next change in the commission structure will be no commission. Been here a long time, not one change in commission has been better for employees, every year I sell more and make less.
That can't be true. KB promised us that the existing structure was the best thing for everyone, including VZ.
VZ = cost cutters, not investors like successful companies.
That's what I'm saying been here 12 years, the pay structure has never gotten better only worse. If they do something new it's going to be worse.
Couple reasons you’re wrong..
Verizon doesn’t care if they hurt your feelings about pay
They have never made commission ‘more lucrative’
Also they aren't going to make a new commission during the holidays, with seasonal employees.
Couple reasons this isn't real. Lots of new hires. Imagine getting hired on and then the company takes or messes with your pay making it less. Not going to happen. they can only make it more lucrative and easy to make money.
Oh great can't wait to see how they choose to scam us out of pay this go around. New commission usually means less money so don't hold your breathe

While, I know some of what's on here is made up troll fodder. So far, these kinds of "leaks" have been pretty accurate.

the ones who manipulate the surveys based on how much they want us making. The real truth here is that Verizon will change commisions so that RIS does not control our pay. This is a legal issue and complaints have already been filed. LOL @ stores
