I used to love working here. Now, I'm starting to hate it.
Leadership is out of touch. Constant system issues. Increased goals without increased compensation. I literally carry my store...I do it with integrity, too. I only sell a hum if it makes sense. Without me. The store would be towards the bottom. Instead, it's towards the top. I make pennies for my efforts compared to what this company makes. If I just did the average my store would be towards the bottom. I would do the average, but my management makes my life he-l if I don't. They can't legit write me up for doing the curve, but can make it ultra stressful. I would leave, but I've got too much invested and not finding much better. Where I'm at atleast.
I actually get discouraged for talking about my numbers around other reps that are $h!t. You discourage me one more time. I'll start doing what they do. Ill just scroll on indeed most of my shift.
I could make $10-15k more at another carrier. I'll probably wait it out till next raise. If it's another 2.5% I'm out. I know I deserve at least 6-7%. I've always been in the top of the territory.

i hated the job as soon as they switched to team comm and made alot less money, so now i do alot less selling… i was a high performer all 7 years ive been with the company and now i dont give a f**k because i dont get paid to🤷🏻♀️
Get out while you can, life is better on the other side.
6-7 % raise 🤣🤣🤣🤣
yeah. I'm getting sick of carrying my store year-to-date and facing increased pressure from leadership. they lost me totally now and I will happily do an awful job. the big bosses really thing that the way to get paid is to treat us like this? I think some directors and district managers need laid off, at the least, because their mismanagement is clear
Goes in for annual review
“Yea best we can do is 2%”
You're just now starting to hate this job? You must be new
Good luck on that raise 😹😹😹
Last three new hires are fresh out of high school still wearing class rings. And they could care less about sales or metrics….
Speak for yourself. I love my job! I'm 19 and fresh out of high school. I love that I can talk to girls all day while my coworkers carry the store. If it wasn't for them, I couldn't get paid. Thanks, one team!
Preaching to the choir my friend. The only people that like the job are the new hires, for obvious reasons.
