@2csq+1cvrKzOt Nope, you’re wrong. Verizon isn’t mandating the vaccine and your company is only mandating management to get the vaccine. Verizon isn’t going to do that right now knowing how many people they would lose before the holidays. Sales are down so much because of everything going on now. Verizon isn’t going to force a mandate. Now some states might and they will be hard hit.
Mandatory Vaccine are coming. I work for a competitor. (your only real competitor) The expectation is that every employee, at some time or another needs to report to an office, or meet with a vendor/contractor/customer. No "work from home" exemptions were granted even though all office employees are currently working from home. There are "job accommodations" for Medical and religious reasons. Medical requires a Doctors signature (the specific reason is not required) The religious reasons is easier. They DO ask our first line supervisor if he/she believes we "truly hold and practice these believes" In other words, if you claim to be a Muslim, and have the best bacon recipe ever..you aren't going far with that one. Last thing that is being talked about is a medical surcharge. If we are granted a job accommodation the surcharge for insurance will be somewhere between $100, and $200 a month. Still ironing that one out apparently. We have to be fully vaccinated by October 11. This is the only place i could think off to disseminate the info. Oh..our Union employees aren't required to get vaccinated. That one stings. Good luck, and stay healthy.

You are not required to give out medical information for anything. Lawsuits galore going on in New York and California at the moment. If your vaccinated, why are u so worried about me getting vaccinated? Oh becuase you can get sick? How if you've been vaccinated? The logic makes no sense. I'm good.
