I am in an area of Op-risk, good team, works hard, a manager that totally gets it, actually identifies risk, write great controls at least tries to bring value. CCE - NH absolute joke, EBCE total joke, IRM - ORBO - BACOs complete joke... two different strategy orgs that are totally redundant. All newcomers from JPM complaining this is not how JPM does it even though everything implemented is from majority JPM teams. FYI, there is large team in India and they do need some coaching but they work circles around most stateside teams. Did not even mention the control relationship managers who know absolutely nothing about risk management. Chaos. if the regulators come in and see this implementation they will be utterly shocked, but maybe not, how bad it is today. CCE is a complete and total joke, said it twice now. NH looking at you.
