Buckle up Fiserv. The new sherrif (Frank) of Fiserv is doing away from WFH as fast as he can. He is starting in on his plans to remove the flexible work from home program. If you are in a remote position, you should start looking and updating the resume.

Bad scene.....3 ears of corn for dinner last night and now dealing with an intestinal attack much like a paint-ball g-n on rapid fire. Will need to WFH. Frank if you are here, please approve as I am hunkered down in the can.
The remote work positions are almost exclusively in sales.
Why would wfh be going away if it's on the career site?https://www.careers.fiserv.com/remote-work
Ahem, Correcting someone's previous post: Vaccinated directors and above are being pressured to return to the office 4-5 days a week. We're also getting the privilege of taking a weekly Covid test to prove how effective the vaccine is. Meanwhile the essential workers who share the site are not vaccinated and are not being tested. I've been to the office a few times and its a joke, safety protocols aren't being followed and the promised cleaning isn't being done. Collaboration is another joke considering only 30% of director's and above have returned.
Look at it this way, as incapable as FISERV is keeping current basic systems, security protocols and other business acumen updated ....HR will never get those that are vaccinated vs not accurate. Too much work, for too illiterate of an organization
If they want me back in a office, my work will suffer but i guess id get my life back. No more 10+ hour days.
Vacinated directors are under orders to report to an office at least once a week right now, and not to do is considered insubordination. Offices are like a ghost-town and many staffers took IT equipment home, well - good - now will it be given back.
A sht load of job postings were pulled from Careers page. Some locations went from over 50 postings down to single digits in one day.
A 5% cut in budget is coming in 6 weeks to meet the end of year numbers.
I can see some of the FTS positions not being in the office. Especially the groups that work significant maintenance windows. What about all the Supervisors, Managers, Directors, VP's and up?
If you want to work from home, here are your choices.
- Sales and certain sales support roles.
- Contact Center positions.
- Collections
Other than that there may be an exception for technology associates. All others back to a location once you are vaccinated and there is enough physical space which could be a while.
Yeah well fk Frank
