They knew they would get too many remarks to even parse them. They know we hate it; that's the retail strategy. Hopefully they get enough "not a good place to work" surveys that it encourages some type of action.
How can you be honest when its 3 questions and you cant add remarks?
This company will do anything to manipulate their image, they only care about what the outside world sees
How about after question 1: how satisfied are you with your company as a place to work? Well obviously rating that a 1 but you don't have a section for comments ? What a bunch of pa----s!!
That just proves that management does not care at all about listening to the problems the frontline has.
Also heres a metric you should be tracking, 99% of frontline employees want to put 1 down but wont because store managers are gonna take the fall of incompetent DM’s and above, thats a bu-----t move from a bunch of scumbags that are not held accountable!!

I’m so disgusted I dont even want to take the survey. Hopefully quitting soon anyway
