I heard that SM’s in stores that do 30k a week or less will be moved to hourly.
Anybody else here this?

OT would have to be approved with the current state of stores without workers and or candidates to hire. I'm currently paying employees to drive 180 miles one way just to staff my pharmacy which is down to one tech.
Without salary store managers at every store the stores will fail. I assure you that OT will not be approved.
