To many people have bailed already from OFS, leaving OFD management in charge. Let's home they learned from their previous mistakes and don't drive the company in to deep debt.

Comparing to ENRON is a gigantic mistake. Enron was destroyed by bad planning and over-reach, such as Internet billable much oiil is a pipe commodity. Excessive wreckage per CFO Andrew Fastow who created huge finance entities that were supported by Enron share price. Mark to Market accounting was also a significant way to increase profits many times over without product - yet. So don't compare one to another. Read CONSPIRACY OF FOOLS by Kurt Eichenwald.
