Now that I know how good we could have it but can't for some undefined reason (seriously, the productivity has improved, why the he-l can't they let us continue WFH indefinitely) it makes working here even harder than before the pandemic started (and it was already hard enough.) Remote jobs are the future, I wish somebody in management would realize that.

I hate working from home, but I do understand why so many like it.

I lost my office, now they tell me I will have a hotel office, meaning I carry my laptop very day in an out of the office. I won't be able to have anything permanent, so I have to take all my belongings with me every day. That's just BS, I hate it here:(
Seems management was all about having a growth mindset for the minions with RSUs lost, no pay increase, etc., but when we ask for them to have the same on WFH it does not apply.
