I am satisfied with the benefits here. They are much better than in previous companies where I have worked. However, as someone who hasn’t been here long, I wonder how they’ve been degraded over time? Someone mentioned that the current benefits are much worse than they used to be.

Used to only have to deal with getting bent over a raw dogged by the occasional manager. Now the unlucky few who are still here get to stand in the middle of a neverending manager circle jurk where every "project" coming your way is an unwelcome surprise. To nobody's surprise, however, it never takes any manager very long to send a new "project" your way.
Not a good benefit in my book.
