Absolutely! It is insane because they have no sense of how the cut will affect the business, or how much it will destroy it. I have a feeling Verizon is cutting costs in a panic, not even thinking about doing more harm than good. I am almost certain that in the long run they will suffer huge consequences of the way they are now cutting costs
