Has anyone heard how many nurses and how many social workers Humana at Home plans to lay off? I think most of us believe it may be well over half of us!

With the big push to address SDOH, I would think we need more SW and BH
So if you work a 10 hour shift or part time are you more at risk for being let go this round?
It's going to be a lot let go & also apparently the hours will be set with hcs.
Hah is not taking over. Humana care support will live under home solutions.
Correction, seems like the regions are being taken over by HAH! At HAH we have been strongly encouraged to attain multiple licenses the Social Workers for that matter. My guess is Having lincensure or multiple licenses or certifications such a as CCM will highly determine who stays.
They are reducing the numbers of members they are going to manage so they do not need as many of us.
If we’re being reteamed into the regions, why get rid of the cms and sws who are already there doing the job?
We have like 18 or 19 regions (nurses and social workers). Lots more nurses than SWs.
Do they ever tell true number laid off? Shoot they been pulling this for years. Not to mention if you get laid off you will see your exact job posted same day. It is a ploy to get rid of higher paid and hire people for less. Company so unethical
Let’s not forget the regional nurses and social workers. I wonder that the total numbers is???
How many of us are there in HAH and regions
I had heard 1200 were being laid off. Just a rumour at this point
Why do you think it may be more than half?
No word on numbers
