anybody experienced such outright lies that can be easily disproven ... but the instructions for these lies coming from the top !!!!!!! there is not much an employee can do when HR and couple are in concert. a class action lawsuit will be the only way then all of these lies can be brought up. CA do nothing except enrich the lawyers.
Some of these layoffs are designed to open up new fulltime requisitions to take in favorites currently serving as contractors. This is a bogus ship with a focus to meet 2 targets - a)Conversion b)Cost Savings through workforce reduction.
Keep all the evidences, record of all the good feedbacks and challenge every negative comment...just in case there is a law suit involved and need to prove unethical actions
